Experience: 1–3 Years

What we’re looking for:

✔Experience managing social media / digital platforms for brands
✔Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
✔Has an eye for design, aesthetics & visual communication
✔Understands content, storytelling and social media trends
✔Takes complete ownership of their work
✔Can independently plan, execute and manage content
✔Comfortable working with Reels, short-form videos & YouTube content
✔Creative thinker who understands what makes a brand stand out




✔Positive communication and organisational skills
✔Comfortable working with designers, editors and the wider creative team
✔Willing to occasionally travel for shoots/meetings in Kolkata

We’re looking for someone who can think, execute and take ownership — not someone who simply waits for instructions.
