Job description
1. Responsible to complete site as per design, cost and timeline
2. Identification of vendor like carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter etc
3. Negotiating and finalizing vendor as per company rate and payment terms
4. Follow up with Purchase, Factory team, Shop, Vendor, designer and Customer for smooth completion of project
5. Site marking, Site hygiene, Site cleanliness, Floor sheets laying.
Must Have - Two-wheeler
Must be willing to travel
Should have basic knowledge of modular woodwork, false ceiling, electrical and other interior work.
