Senior Finance Manager (Sr. FM)

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry: FMCG / Food / Manufacturing

Team Handling: Up to 10 Members

Job Description:

- Lead and manage day-to-day finance & accounting operations.
- Handle and supervise a team of up to 10 members.
- Manage GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, month-end closing and MIS.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, management and internal departments.
- Prepare and review MIS and financial reports for management.
- Drive process improvements, internal controls and timely reporting.
- Train, guide and evaluate team members.

Required Skills:





- 4–5 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Experience in FMCG/food industry will be preferred.
