About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet business requirements and enhance overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and basic Power Apps integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript and business process flows.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and Dataverse.
- Perform testing, bug fixing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:





- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Basic experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Understanding Dynamics 365 customization, security model, and business process flows.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft Azure concepts.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Git and ALM (Solutions, Managed/Unmanaged Solutions).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
