Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong semiconductor industry experience, particularly in selling capital equipment and consumables. The role will focus on developing customer relationships, driving sales, managing proposals, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for semiconductor industry customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Work with engineering and technical teams to prepare customized proposals.
- Manage commercial negotiations and drive deals through closure.
- Maintain sales forecasts, CRM records, and regular management reports.




- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales within the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
