- Create high-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, interactive mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Establish, scale, and maintain a centralized Design System and component library to streamline handoffs to our development team.

- Take absolute responsibility for visual quality, asset generation, and ensuring the interface looks identical from design file to final deployment.

Design Skills Required (Non-Negotiable Hands-On Knowledge):

- Figma Power User: Mastery of Figma features including Auto Layout, variants, component properties, responsive constraints, and advanced interactive prototyping.
- UX Methodologies: Solid foundational knowledge of user flow mapping, architecture plotting, and user-centric problem solving.
- Visual Craftsmanship:

Crisp understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, modern typography choices, and dark/light mode balancing.
- Platform Standards: Deep familiarity with native platform guidelines, specifically Google Material Design (for Android/Web) and Apple Human Interface Guidelines (for iOS).
- Developer Collaboration: Knowledge of design-to-code handoffs and exporting optimized assets (SVGs, responsive imagery) cleanly.

Qualifications:

- 0 to 2 years of professional product design, freelance project design, or high-intensity case-study building experience.
- Must possess a public portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, custom website, or public Figma link) that demonstrates your real product design thinking—not just pretty landing pages, but active user flows.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear tracking, documentation, and async team updates.
