Job Description Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual communication of our brand across digital and offline platforms.

1. Develop creative concepts and designs for brand campaigns, product communication, and marketing activities.

2. Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital advertising, website, e-commerce and marketplaces.

3. Design product communication, brochures, catalogues and presentations.

4. Develop retail and BTL materials including POSM, danglers, posters, standees, shop branding and distributor communication.

5. Create designs for ATL, OOH, events, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.

6. Work closely with the Marketing Head and convert briefs into impactful creative communication.

7. Maintain consistency of brand identity, visual language, and guidelines across all platforms.

8. Handle image editing, retouching, product compositions and creative adaptations.

Prepare final artwork according to digital and print production requirements.

10. Stay updated with current design trends, FMCG communication, social media formats, and visual marketing trends.

11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

12. Familiarity with microsoft suite and google suite.

Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency in AI-powered design and creative tools for concept development, image generation, enhancement, and creative production. Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3+ years in Consumer Brands or Advertising.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
