Senior Marketing Executive – Education & Student Counselling

IPEC Eduserv Pvt. Ltd. – Bokaro, Jharkhand

IPEC Eduserv Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Marketing Executive to support student outreach, counselling, lead generation and admission-related activities at our Bokaro centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage student enquiries through local marketing and outreach activities.
- Communicate with students and parents regarding academic programs and admission opportunities.
- Conduct student and parent counselling and provide appropriate information about courses.
- Coordinate with schools, students and parents for outreach and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist with the admission process.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities to increase student engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission records using MS Excel.
- Prepare regular reports related to enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Represent the institute professionally during meetings, school visits and promotional activities.
- Work towards assigned outreach and admission targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Science background will be preferred.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education, marketing, student counselling or a coaching institute.
- Experience in JEE/NEET coaching or education marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Good counselling, follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
- Candidates with experience in the local education/coaching market will be preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance.
