JD for the profile of IT Hardware & Networking Engineer

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop & printer hardware issues
- Resolve network & ISP-related problems
- Set up Wi-Fi routers, MESH systems & access points
- Manage NAS (Blackbox) via Synersoft – user access, proxy, escalation
- Maintain IT asset list - including existing and new assets with serial numbers, warranty expiry dates, labelling, etc.
- Coordinate with Third-Party vendors (cloud, ISP, CCTV, hardware, etc.)
- Install & troubleshoot software applications
- Monitor server & NAS device health
- Track network & Gmail storage limits and follow up with users
- Clean duplicate/unnecessary files bi-monthly with HODs
- Maintain and update critical passwords securely
- Keep a daily log of IT tasks and user support requests

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
