Position: Manager– Food & Beverage
Location: Ranchi-Jharkhand
Coverage: Units across different Cities/Regions (Jharkhand/Bihar/Orissa)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall F&B; business, revenue, profitability and operational performance across all cinema units, ensuring consistent standards, excellent customer service and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage F&B; operations and drive F&B; revenue, SPH, profitability and sales growth across all units.
- Graduate/MBA/Hotel Management preferred.
- 10+ years of F&B; experience, preferably in cinema, hospitality, food retail or multi-unit operations.
- Experience managing multiple locations across different cities/regions is highly preferred.
- Robust leadership, commercial, analytical, negotiation and people-management skills.
- Willingness to undertake extensive inter-city travel.
