Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content for property listings, social media, advertisements, project launches, and company branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Bayut, Property Finder, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging real estate property videos, reels, walkthroughs, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Edit raw footage, including property tours, agent videos, interviews, and promotional shoots.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, captions, graphics, animations, and sound effects.
- Create short-form content optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent and qualified visual style aligned with the company's brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand video requirements and campaign objectives.
- Select the best footage and create compelling visual stories that highlight property features and amenities.
- Perform basic color correction, sound enhancement, and video optimization.
- Resize and format videos according to different social media and advertising requirements.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and real estate marketing styles.




- Manage and organize video files, footage, project files, and completed content.
- Complete projects within agreed deadlines.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate, digital marketing, advertising, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Good knowledge of video transitions, color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and subtitles.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Dubai real estate content.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms/content trends.
- A strong portfolio of previous video editing work.
