About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with prospective customers.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about our products/services.
- Support the team in customer meetings and sales activities.




- Maintain daily sales activity and follow-up reports.
- Assist in market research and business development activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales and follow-up targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
