Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Varkala. You will manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Supplier Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable local and international vendors and subcontractors.

· Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service level agreements to maximize cost savings and value.

· Purchase Orders: Manage the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, issuing POs, tracking shipments, and resolving any invoicing discrepancies.

·

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an Engineering discipline.





· Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

· Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the international. Industrial and local supplier market is highly preferred.

· Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel) and experience with ERP systems .

· Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills in English

· Competitive salary start from 25000 INR and based on the experience and qualification
