Lansky Productions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing digital and production team.

Lansky Mr Miss Mrs India World is a national fashion, personality, grooming and entertainment platform discovering talent across India and taking selected contestants towards an international Grand Finale in Dubai.

We are looking for someone who can turn raw footage into high-quality, engaging and visually premium content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and campaign content.
- Edit fashion shoots, contestant videos, auditions, grooming sessions and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create engaging videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, music and storytelling.
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, text animations and visual effects where required.
- Perform basic colour correction and colour grading.
- Select suitable music, sound effects and audio according to the content.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form social media videos.
- Maintain consistency with Lansky Productions' premium visual identity.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing, creative and production teams.
- Organise project files, footage and final exports properly.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.




- Experience editing Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions and music synchronization.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual composition.
- Understanding of fashion, beauty, lifestyle or entertainment content is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to experiment with creative editing styles.
