Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and shop-floor activities.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Monitor workers and ensure process adherence.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding operational issues.
- Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness, and process compliance.
Experience: 2–5 years, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
