Store Executive – Modular Office Furniture

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations including material inward, storage, issue and dispatch.
- Receive and verify raw materials, hardware, accessories, furniture components and finished goods.
- Check material quantity, specifications and physical condition against PO/challan.
- Maintain GRN, inward/outward, stock and material issue records accurately.
- Ensure proper project-wise/order-wise segregation and identification of materials.
- Issue materials to Production as per approved requirements and maintain proper records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform Purchase/Management about shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Packing and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain records of damaged, rejected, returned and excess materials.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, housekeeping, 5S and safety standards in the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and material status reports as required.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of inventory management, MS Excel/ERP, documentation, material identification, stock reconciliation and team coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
