**Salary:** ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month *(Based on interview, experience & performance)*

**Role Overview**

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete operations of all hotel properties. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise to ensure service excellence, profitability, and brand growth across all locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel units

* Supervise Corporate GM, General Managers, and HODs

* Ensure implementation and compliance of SOPs, brand standards & policies

* Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall profitability





* Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction & quality standards

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management

* Support expansion, pre-opening & business development initiatives

* Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, F&B;, and Engineering teams

**Candidate Profile**

* 10–15 years of proven experience in senior hotel operations leadership

* Robust exposure to multi-location / chain hotel management

* Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, finance & compliance

* Outstanding leadership, communication & decision-making skills

* Ability to manage teams, drive performance & deliver results
