- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify real estate leads through calls.
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and site-visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
