TEKOR MINERALS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
POSITION: HR INTERN
Job Location: Factory – Urali Kanchan, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Location: Factory-Based
Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: Fresher’s are most welcome!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO
As an HR Intern, you will gain practical exposure to:
HR & Attendance Management
- Staff attendance management and monitoring
- Contract labour attendance management
- Daily manpower tracking and coordination
- Attendance verification and follow-up
- Supporting HR documentation and employee records
Contract Labour Coordination
- Coordinating with manpower contractors
- Monitoring daily contract labour deployment
- Maintaining contractor-related attendance records
- Supporting workforce coordination and compliance activities
Employee Engagement
- Assisting in employee engagement activities
- Supporting employee celebrations and recognition programmes
- Helping create a positive and engaging workplace environment
Housekeeping Management
Safety Policy Implementation
Security Activities Management
Surprise Factory Visits
- Monitoring attendance, discipline, security and general factory operations
HR Software & HRMIS
- Learning and working on new HR software
- Gaining exposure to HRMIS modules
- Supporting digital HR processes
- Maintaining employee information and records electronically
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are looking for candidates who are:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR
Comfortable working in a factory environment
Having working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Good in communication and coordination
Willing to learn new HR software and HRMIS modules
Proactive, responsible and energetic
Ready to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Comfortable with operational and field-based HR activities
Flexible to conduct surprise visits during night hours whenever required
