The job
You own dispatch. Nobody checks behind you.
Maintain stock — grade, drum count, location. Register must match the godown.
Arrange and direct labourers for loading at the transport office
Check that the resin loaded matches the order: grade, quantity, customer name. Read it off the drum, not from memory.
Stop the loading if it doesn't match. You have that authority.
Hand over correct paperwork with the vehicle
You must
Read and write clearly — grade codes, batch numbers, customer names
Be able to direct a labour crew and be listened to
Hold your position with an impatient driver
Be on the floor all day, not at a desk
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
