Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and influencing key decisions through analysis. The person will work on business performance tracking, pricing and commission analytics, profitability trends, revenue optimization, and growth opportunity identification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business performance across products, channels and customer segments.

- Support Forecast, Target Management at regional & state level.

- Evaluating pricing structures, commission payouts, profitability trends, and revenue opportunities.

- Build dashboards, MIS and leadership insights.

- Identify growth opportunities and business improvement initiatives.

- Partner with Business, Finance, Product, Operations and Technology teams.





- Lead projects and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.

- Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert (SME).

- Guide, Mentor & review the work of underlying team.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3–5 years of experience in Analytics, Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Consulting or Financial Analysis.

- Strong Excel and analytical skills; SQL/Power BI preferred.

- Robust problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
