We are looking for an active, responsible, and experienced OT Technician to assist the surgical team during orthopaedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons and the OT team during orthopaedic surgeries.
- Provide support during procedures such as:
- ACL Reconstruction
- Shoulder surgeries / Arthroscopy
- Total Knee Replacement (TKR)
- Total Hip Replacement (THR)
- Other trauma and orthopaedic procedures.
- Ensure proper availability, handling, and preparation of orthopaedic instruments and implants before and during surgery.
- Assist with instrument and implant preparation, counting, and documentation.
- Maintain proper coordination with surgeons, hospital OT staff, and other members of the surgical team.
- Ensure instruments and required surgical sets are properly arranged and ready before procedures.
- Maintain proper care and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Follow hospital OT protocols, safety procedures, and infection-control practices.
- Be available for surgeries as per the hospital schedule and demonstrate flexibility when required.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
