About Us

We are a UK-based property investment and hospitality management business with an established track record in the hospitality sector. Supported by experienced investors, we are launching a premium short-term rental and Airbnb property management division in Trivandrum.

Our ambition is to become one of the region’s most trusted and professional property management companies, serving local property owners as well as the growing NRI community.

This is a long-term venture backed by an established business, investment capital and practical hospitality experience. We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead our operations in Trivandrum and help build the business from the ground up.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be more than an employee or traditional property manager.

As our founding on-ground leader, you will take responsibility for launching and developing our Trivandrum operations. This will include setting up the local office, establishing operational systems, recruiting and managing a dependable team, acquiring new properties and maintaining consistently high standards for guests and property owners.

You will have significant autonomy to introduce ideas, develop processes and shape the direction of the business. As our founder and investment team are based in the UK, we need a self-motivated individual who can work independently, communicate proactively and take genuine ownership of the local operation.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Setup and Development

- Lead the establishment and day-to-day organisation of our Trivandrum office.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new homeowners and grow our managed-property portfolio.
- Build productive relationships with property owners, real estate agents, developers, corporate contacts and NRI networks.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, property visits and local networking opportunities.
- Identify promising properties and assess their suitability for short-term rental management.
- Contribute new ideas for marketing, revenue growth, operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Help position the company as a trusted premium property management brand in Trivandrum.

Property and Guest Operations

- Oversee the complete guest journey, including enquiries, reservations, check-ins, check-outs and post-stay communication.
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service across all managed properties.




- Conduct regular property inspections and arrange preventive and emergency maintenance when required.
- Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, repairs, inventory and guest supplies.
- Ensure every property is fully prepared and inspected before guest arrival.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and operational emergencies.
- Help improve occupancy, nightly rates, guest reviews and overall property performance.
- Ensure properties comply with applicable local authority, Kerala Tourism, utility, safety and guest-registration requirements, including Form C reporting for foreign guests where required.

Team Recruitment and Leadership

- Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, maintenance contractors, handymen and other local service providers.
- Establish clear operating procedures, quality-control checklists and performance standards.
- Build a professional culture centred on accountability, honesty, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a dependable network of backup cleaners, technicians and emergency contractors.
- Expand the operational and administrative team as the property portfolio grows.

Owner Relations

- Build strong and transparent relationships with property owners.
- Provide owners with regular updates about bookings, revenue, expenses, maintenance and property condition.
- Respond professionally to owner questions and resolve concerns promptly.
- Recommend practical improvements that could increase occupancy, guest satisfaction and rental income.

Reporting and Communication

- Provide accurate and transparent reports to the UK-based founder and investment team.
- Report regularly on occupancy, revenue, expenditure, guest feedback, property performance and business-development activity.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, expenses, maintenance and inventory.
- Communicate operational problems promptly and present practical solutions.
- Act as the principal link between the UK leadership team and the Trivandrum operation.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally:

- Have relevant experience in hospitality, property management, hotels, serviced accommodation, homestays, guesthouses or vacation rentals.
- Be commercially minded and enthusiastic about building a new business.




- Be capable of working independently and making sensible operational decisions without constant supervision.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to recruit, train, supervise and motivate a local team.
- Be fluent in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage.
- Be highly organised, dependable and attentive to detail.
- Be comfortable managing several properties, guests and priorities simultaneously.
- Have good local knowledge of Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
- Be willing to travel locally for property inspections, owner meetings and guest emergencies.
- Be confident using smartphones, spreadsheets, online booking platforms and digital reporting systems.
- Have experience with Airbnb or property management platforms such as Hostaway or Guesty; familiarity with dynamic-pricing tools such as PriceLabs would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate complete honesty, financial transparency and respect for owners’ properties and company resources.

A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport would be highly desirable.
