- Proactively contact qualified leads and healthcare customers to promote pharmaceutical products, diagnostic services, and healthcare solutions.
- Generate sales through effective calling, product communication, follow-ups, and order conversion.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information, benefits, and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, customer engagement, and systematic follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
