We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Viist the colleges/institutions to source candidates

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree; HR qualification is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with 1 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
