Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers to join our team as Customer Service Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates starting their careers to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, customer interaction, and online sales support.
The role involves assisting website visitors, handling WhatsApp inquiries, and guiding customers through the product selection and ordering process to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist website visitors in real-time and help them place orders
2. Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, chat, and other online platforms
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
4.



Provide accurate information on pricing, product details, and order processes
5. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the journey
6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & operations) when required
7. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
8. Learn and stay updated about products and ongoing trends

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
2. Freshers are encouraged to apply
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Basic understanding of online shopping or e-commerce platforms
5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
6. Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
7. Basic knowledge of tools like WhatsApp, MS Office, or CRM (training will be provided)
