Responsibilities:

- Provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and initiate maintenance requests when necessary.
- Collaborate with nurses and doctors to create and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field.
- Proven experience working in a critical care setting for 1-3 years.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in emergency situations.
