UK Back-Office Operations Executive – Sea Cross-Trade & Road Freight

About the Company

We are a UK-based company operating in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics and Warehousing sector. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented UK Back-Office Operations Executive to join our team at our CBD Belapur office.

Key Responsibilities

Sea Cross-Trade Shipments

- Update shipment registers and share regular shipment status updates with customers.
- Prepare and send Clearance Instructions to the UK freight/clearance team.
- Coordinate with consignees and arrange/book deliveries.
- Prepare cost sheets for Sea shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, UK teams, agents and transport providers.

Road Transportation

- Prepare and send Clearance Instructions to the UK freight/clearance team.
- Prepare cost sheets for Road shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.




- Maintain shipment records and provide shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with customers and the UK operations team regarding delivery requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Operations.
- Experience in Sea Freight, Cross-Trade and/or Road Transportation preferred.
- UK freight-forwarding experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of shipment documentation and clearance procedures.
- Experience in preparing cost sheets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate / B.Com / Logistics or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
