LANGUAGE INTERPRETER – FRENCH / RUSSIAN / ITALIAN

Location: Remote – India
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Working Days: 5 days per week
Shift: Rotational shifts
Language Requirement: French / Russian / Italian – Minimum B2 proficiency

About the Role

We are looking for candidates proficient in French, Russian, or Italian to support communication with international customers.

The role involves assisting customers in their preferred language and English, understanding their queries, communicating information clearly, and coordinating with relevant internal teams to support timely resolution.

Candidates should have minimum B2-level proficiency in the applicable language along with good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions in French, Russian, or Italian, as applicable.
- Assist with communication between customers and internal teams in English and the relevant language.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear, accurate information.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Follow defined processes, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
- Meet applicable quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
- Perform other language-related activities associated with the assigned process.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Minimum B2 proficiency in French, Russian, or Italian.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
- Clear and skilled communication skills.
- Ability to work 5 days per week in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable workspace for remote work.

Prior experience in customer service, interpretation, translation, or international customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting international customers.
- Experience in multilingual customer service or language-support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or customer support platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and process-oriented environment.
