Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to develop recent business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the Pune market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, visits, references, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel within Pune for client meetings and market visits.

Initial 15-Day Market Development

- During the first 15 days, actively explore the Pune market through field visits.




- Identify potential companies and decision-makers.
- Generate new leads and conduct client meetings.
- Understand market requirements, competition, and business opportunities.
- Prepare a brief report of market visits, potential clients, and opportunities identified.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–35years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in HR/Payroll Software, ERP, will be an advantage.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for business meetings.
