Job Description

The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, OCI, OIC, integrations, PL/SQL, data warehousing, and Power BI. In addition, they should have robust hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants, automation tools, and code optimization platforms to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality. This role goes beyond a traditional Technical Manager or Architect position. The expectation is to drive and transform engineering practices through AI-driven software delivery within an Oracle ERP ecosystem. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in applying AI across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), now increasingly referred to as the AI-Driven Development Life Cycle (AIDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
