Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales. Excellent Punjabi and English communication skills. Confident and professional while speaking with US customers. Solid sales mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversions. Ability to handle rejection, objections, and difficult customers professionally. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements. Comfortable with US accents, business terminology, and time zones. Punctual, disciplined, reliable, and target-oriented. Strong CRM and documentation skills; all calls, leads, and follow-ups must be recorded accurately.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
