Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, cost, and timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved standards.
- Manage multiple project teams and provide technical and operational guidance.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely decision-making.
- Monitor billing, variations, procurement, and material requirements in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site/project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Ensure timely completion, snag clearance, testing, commissioning,



and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in commercial/corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Solid knowledge of civil, finishing, MEP coordination, and interior execution.
- Excellent project planning, team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project schedules, BOQ, billing, procurement, and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/sites and travel across India as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
