We are hiring for Ocean Export Documentation –Freight Forwarding

Designation : Sr.Executive / Asst Manager

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Salary: Upto 4.2 Lakhs per annum

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation and leading the documentation team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

# Lead and manage the export documentation team

# Prepare and verify documents

# Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams

# Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations

# Handle discrepancies, delays, and customer escalations

# Maintain SOPs and improve documentation processes

# Supervise and guide junior staff

# Maintain documentation records for audits

Requirements:

# 5–10 years’ experience in freight forwarding/export documentation

# Strong knowledge of export procedures & Incoterms & compliance

# Minimum 2–3 years in team handling role

# Ability to lead documentation processes (BLs, invoices, SI)

# Valuable communication and leadership skills

Pay: From ₹420,000.00 per year
