Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and results-driven Tele Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company. You will talk to potential customers over the phone, understand what they need. A excellent candidate loves talking to people, handles rejection with a smile, and is excited to hit sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch our products or services.
- Answer inbound calls from customers who have questions or interest in our business.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Overcome objections and guide the customer toward making a purchase.
- Meet sales targets set by the management team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Update the CRM database with accurate customer details and notes from every call.
- Follow up with interested leads to close future sales.

Pay: ₹8,887.16 - ₹15,500.00 per month
