Sales & Production Coordinator – Jewellery

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Production Coordinator to coordinate between the Sales and Production teams in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, production follow-ups, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of jewellery products while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between the Sales Team and Production Department to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Process customer orders and communicate production timelines.
- Follow up regularly on production status and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with clients regarding order updates, production timelines, and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, CAD, Manufacturing, and Quality Control teams for order execution.
- Monitor order progress and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to order status and production planning.
- Handle order-related documentation, invoices,



and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and avoid production or delivery delays.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending orders and maintain updated order trackers.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Production Coordination within the jewellery industry.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in jewellery production coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory, order processing, quality control, and dispatch processes.
- Experience working with jewellery manufacturing or export companies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
