### **Job Role: Placement Coordinator**

**Location:** Head Office Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate placement activities and Campus drive placement opportunities for candidates.

* Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.

* Coordinate interviews, recruitment Campus drives, and candidate interactions.

* Communicate placement-related updates to candidates and internal teams.

* Maintain placement records, databases, and reports.

* Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.

* Support the team in achieving placement targets.

### **Required Skills**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.





* Robust organizational and time-management abilities.

* Basic knowledge of Ms Excel.

* Ability to work with candidates and corporate recruiters professionally.

* Target-oriented and proactive approach.

### **Eligibility**

* Graduate in any discipline.

* **Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.**

* Prior experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or coordinator will be an added advantage.
