Creative Director / Senior Art Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Director / Senior Art Director to lead creative vision and concept development across corporate events, exhibitions, experiential environments, and brand experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in event/set design, spatial design, visual storytelling, and creative production, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across 2D, 3D, motion graphics, video, AI-assisted design, and production.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative strategy, concept development, and design direction for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
- Develop innovative themes, mood boards, visual narratives, presentations, and spatial concepts.
- Lead stage, set, scenic, and event environment design from concept to execution.
- Ensure designs are creative, technically feasible, commercially viable, and production-ready.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Conduct creative reviews and maintain high design and quality standards.
- Present concepts and pitches confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, Production, and vendors.
- Oversee fabrication, installation, site execution, and final delivery.
- Drive innovation through emerging design technologies, AI tools, and global creative trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design,



Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a senior creative leadership role.
- Strong experience in event design, experiential design, exhibition design, production design, architecture, interior design, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of stage/set design, spatial planning, materials, lighting, fabrication, production, and on-site execution.
- Excellent concept development, visual storytelling, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in relevant creative and visualization tools such as:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Rhino, Unreal Engine, and AI-based creative/visualization tools will be an advantage.
