Key Responsibilities

- Visit *hospitals, institutes, automobile companies, industrial areas, manufacturing units, and other organizations* across Indore for business development.

- Identify and approach potential clients who can benefit from *NAPS/NATS apprenticeship services*.

- Pitch and explain the *advantages, process, eligibility, and value of NAPS/NATS services* to HR teams, management, and decision-makers.

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and market research.

- Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and other key decision-makers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the internal HR/operations team for smooth onboarding and implementation.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

- Maintain daily field visit, lead, meeting, and follow-up reports.

- Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to business growth.

- Stay updated about apprenticeship schemes, client requirements, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
