Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Panchakarma / Ayurvedic Therapists to join our wellness team. The ideal candidates should be skilled in classical Ayurvedic therapies, disciplined in maintaining treatment standards, and committed to delivering authentic healing experiences. Be able to talk about and perform Panchakarma therapies (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Basti and other therapies), maintain hygiene, and follow treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform traditional Panchakarma therapies: Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Basti, Udvartana, Nasya, Netra Tarpana, etc.
- Prepare treatment rooms, herbal decoctions, medicated oils, and equipment as per protocol
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and client comfort. Maintain cleanliness in their responsible activities and rooms.
- Follow treatment plans prescribed by Ayurvedic doctors
- Document therapies, client progress, and daily reports




- Support overall wellness operations with a positive, service‑oriented attitude
- Ensure a calm, healing environment aligned with Ayurvedic principles

Qualifications

- Diploma / Certification in Panchakarma or Ayurvedic Therapy (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands‑on experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic bodywork and detox procedures
- Positive communication skills and professional conduct
- Ability to work in a team and follow structured protocols
