- Uniforms & Workwear — direct-to-factory supply of corporate uniforms, technical workwear, PPE, and branded merchandise for fleets, utilities, and large employers
- EV Fleet & Charging Infrastructure — electric vehicle supply, fleet electrification programmes, and the charging networks that support them
- Intelligence & Security Solutions — surveillance, monitoring, and situational-awareness systems for critical assets and infrastructure
- Industrial Vehicles & Equipment — commercial, utility, and specialised industrial vehicles for construction, logistics, and municipal operations

Our Delhi office is a global commercial hub. The team here sells into international markets — the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific — working alongside our offices worldwide. We're hiring a Sales Director to lead it.

The Role

You will own VORN's international sales performance from Delhi — building the pipeline across multiple regions, closing the deals, and working with our overseas offices to land and deliver them.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage an international sales pipeline end to end: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, close
- Sell across the portfolio — uniforms, EV fleet and charging, intelligence systems, industrial vehicles — into overseas government, industrial, and corporate clients




- Identify and pursue export opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific
- Coordinate with VORN offices in Dubai, Riyadh, London, Amsterdam, New York, and elsewhere on shared accounts and local execution
- Work with our sourcing and production teams in Kolkata, Dhaka, and Xiamen to build costings, specifications, and lead times
- Lead commercial negotiations on supply contracts, framework agreements, and international tenders, including Incoterms, payment terms, and LCs
- Build and lead a Delhi-based international sales team as the office scales
- Report pipeline, forecast, and revenue performance to leadership

What You Need

Required

- 7+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a strong record in export or international markets
- Demonstrated closes with overseas clients — Middle East, Africa, Europe, or the Americas
- Solid grasp of export mechanics: Incoterms, LCs, documentation, freight and landed cost
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, and with remote counterparts
- Comfortable with technical and commercial proposals — reading specs, structuring pricing, negotiating terms
- Fluent English; a second language (Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese) is a strong plus
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally

Preferred

- Background in one or more of: uniforms and workwear, EV or automotive fleet, security and surveillance systems, industrial equipment
- Experience with international tendering, or selling to overseas government and institutional buyers
- Experience managing a sales team

Package

- Base salary: INR 75,000 – 1,25,000 per month, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission on closed business
- International travel covered; travel and mobile reimbursement
- Statutory benefits — PF, gratuity, and medical insurance

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
