About the Opportunity

Our client is a global affiliate marketing network with a 100K+ affiliate ecosystem and presence across India, Singapore, UAE, UK, and USA. They operate across multiple verticals including Ecommerce, Travel, Utilities, Lead Generation, PPC, and COD Ecommerce.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer who can build and scale high-intent, conversion-focused campaigns on CPS models. This role requires a strong understanding of user intent, buying behavior, and profit-driven scaling, beyond just traffic generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions
- Develop and optimize bottom-funnel (BOFU) keyword strategies
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability
- Utilize smart bidding strategies like tCPA, tROAS, and value-based bidding
- Identify and scale high-performing funnels and arbitrage opportunities
- Conduct performance analysis including search terms, intent mapping, and funnel drop-offs
- Run A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flows




- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maintaining positive ROI
- Collaborate with affiliate and advertiser teams for scaling campaigns
- Monitor campaigns in real-time and optimize based on performance KPIs

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (performance-focused)
- Strong experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / CPS models
- Proven track record of driving conversions and revenue
- Expertise in keyword intent mapping (BOFU focus)
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Trackier, or similar tools
- Experience in funnel optimization and arbitrage strategies
- Ability to manage high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
