Role Overview

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan & design content, manage calendars, support influencer collaborations, and help execute brand IPs, events, and campaigns.This is not just a planning role - it’s about making things happen on time.

What You’ll Do

● Craft social media strategies for VRO’s social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X

● Create content calendar across platforms & manage posting

● Craft & Manage campaigns on META Ads & Google Ads (Understanding of SEO & targeting)

● Manage end-to-end Influencer collaborations (barter+paid)

● Assist the Marketing lead in execution of events, brand IPs & partnerships

● Track & maintain content performance reports for real time content optimisations

Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Communications, Media Studies, or a related fi eld

● Experience in managing social media in men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, lifestyle brands OR have worked with an Agency/ Ecom marketplace.

● Managed content & build strategy for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X

● Experience creating lifestyle or culture-led content, Meme marketing

● Growth mindset & self-starter

● Good cultural judgement - knows what fits and what doesn’t

● Organised, reliable, and execution-focused. Prefer clarity over chaos.

● Strong communication & negotiation skills

(Bonus)

● Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos (phone is fine)

● On-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews, conversations)

● Familiar with AI tools for content production

Tools You Might Use

Notion, Hootsuite (or alternative), Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite for posting, META Ads Manager, basic analytics tools, AI Tools, Canva, Adobe photoshop, etc (We care more about output than tools.)
