Senior Executive – Finance & Controlling

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Finance qualified to support the setup and growth of a Global Capability Center (GCC). The role will manage finance operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, reporting, audits, banking, and financial controls while working closely with global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage intercompany invoicing, payments, accounting, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting, payroll, tax, and audit partners.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
- Support taxation, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare MIS, management reports, financial analysis, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports.
- Coordinate banking, vendor payments, forex, and international payment processes.
- Manage statutory and internal audits and ensure effective financial controls.
- Support implementation of finance policies, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal,



Procurement, and global Finance teams on operational finance activities.
- Support the finance function through the setup and scaling of the India GCC.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and audits.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Tally exposure preferred.
- Experience in an MNC, GCC, IT/Software, Engineering, or Shared Services environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
