About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and customer-focused Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern haircuts, styling, hair treatments, colouring, and customer service.

The candidate should be professional, well-groomed, and able to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform men's and/or women's haircuts according to client requirements.
- Provide professional hair styling, blow-drying, straightening, and curling services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, balayage, global colour, and other colouring techniques.
- Provide hair treatments such as smoothening, keratin, spa, and conditioning treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferred hairstyle and recommend suitable options.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation.
- Properly handle and maintain salon tools and equipment.
- Recommend appropriate hair-care products and treatments to clients.




- Stay updated with current hairstyles, trends, techniques, and salon services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a skilled appearance and positive attitude.
- Follow salon policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Support other salon team members when required.

Required Skills

- Strong haircutting and hair-styling skills.
- Good knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments.
- Knowledge of different hair types and suitable treatments.
- Good understanding of current hairstyle and beauty trends.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Good time-management skills.
- Professional and friendly personality.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2–5 years preferred in a salon/beauty industry.
- Relevant salon or hairdressing certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
