Lead Generation & Freelancer Recruitment

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential customer leads through various channels.
- Lead Discussion: Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and explain suitable products/services.
- Appointment Fixing: Schedule and coordinate appointments with qualified prospects for further discussions and site visits.
- Freelancer Recruitment: Recruit freelancers for the same role, providing opportunities based on their existing skills and experience.
- Target-Based Earnings: Offer a target-based salary/incentive structure, linked to individual performance and results.
- Training: Provide comprehensive product, sales, communication, and process training.
- Support: Provide continuous guidance, marketing support, lead support, and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Performance Growth: Monitor performance and provide regular reviews, mentoring, and opportunities for higher earnings based on results.
