We are looking for an experienced and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this dual-impact role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent while driving data-informed decisions through HR reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate possesses solid hands-on full-lifecycle recruiting expertise, a deep understanding of sourcing channels, and advanced capability in creating, analyzing, and presenting actionable HR dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Core Recruitment & Sourcing

- Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process across various departments, from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative sourcing channels to build active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Drive an outstanding, seamless, and timely candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job specs, set hiring SLAs, and calibrate candidate profiles.

HR Reporting & Analytics

- Metrics & Dashboard Creation: Build, maintain, and automate recurring HR and recruitment reports (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Sourcing Channel Yield, Diversity Metrics).




- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment trends and HR data to identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel, recommend process improvements, and optimize talent strategies.
- Executive Presentation: Translate complex recruitment and HR data into clear visual dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
- Compliance & Systems: Maintain high data integrity across ATS and HRIS platforms to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Recruiter, or dual HR/Recruitment Specialist.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruitment and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
- Reporting & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Models) and experience creating reports using HRIS/ATS reporting engines or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- ATS/HRIS Proficiency: Experience with modern applicant tracking systems
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
