We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive business analysis and product ownership activities for Financial Services, with a Wealth Management lens. You will work closely with the proxy product owner to define capabilities, write epics and stories, and ensure feedback flows into an actionable, prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities

- Align with the onsite proxy product owner on product vision and product roadmap
- Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions
- Define epics and stories and document success criteria
- Refine stories by clarifying business logic and business results
- Own product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories
- Attend sprint review demos and provide timely feedback
- Log feedback and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog




- Contribute to incident triaging
- Provide answers to business questions and clarifications as the key contact

Requirements

- Significant experience (10-15 years overall), including 8+ years delivering business analysis and requirements management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable field; master's degree in computer science is a plus
- Relevant product management background
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably focused on wealth management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to provide business and end client perspective
- Strong communication and presentation skills
