Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Industry: Wellness, Health & Cosmetology
Job Location: Pune
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients and understand their wellness, health, and cosmetology requirements.
- Effectively explain and recommend relevant clinic services and treatment plans.
- Handle client counselling and convert consultations into successful sales.
- Develop robust relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for conversions and repeat business.
- Maintain proper records of consultations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in face-to-face consultation and sales is mandatory.
- Strong convincing, counselling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the wellness, cosmetology, healthcare, skin clinic, beauty, or related industry is preferred.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of wellness, health,



and cosmetology services.
- Strong sales-oriented personality with the ability to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the local Pune language is mandatory/preferred for effective communication with local clients.
- Candidates with strong client-handling and conversion skills will be preferred.

Training & Agreement

- 2-Year Employment Agreement with the company.
- 10–15 days of training in Chandigarh before joining the Pune branch.
- Training period unpaid
- Travel expenses for Chandigarh training will be provided by the company.
- Accommodation and food during Chandigarh training will be provided by the company.
- After successful completion of training, the candidate will be posted at the Pune branch.

Compensation

Salary: As per interview, experience, and candidate profile, along with applicable sales incentives.

Important: Candidates should be comfortable with face-to-face consultations, sales counselling, sales target-load work, and the 2-year employment agreement.
