Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets by interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining vehicle features, arranging test rides, and converting enquiries into vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend showroom customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Honda two-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Conduct and coordinate test rides for customers.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, field visits, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and registration options to customers.
- Coordinate with the finance, RTO, insurance, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry details in the DMS/CRM.




- Ensure timely follow-up after sales and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows, and local marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth vehicle delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile/two-wheeler sales preferred
- Skills: Communication, customer handling, negotiation

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
